Tim Coltart
Tim is responsible for reviewing and selecting land acquisition and development opportunities for Realty Capital. With expertise in land entitlement, public-private partnerships, and construction management, he has led numerous mixed-use communities and is excited to bring his experience to the Roaring Fork Valley.

Richard founded Realty Capital in 1987 and oversees the firm's real estate acquisition and development activities. Over more than three decades, he has developed and managed residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the country. A former Roaring Fork Valley resident, Richard remains committed to supporting the people and communities of the Valley.

Sarah joined Realty Capital in 2021 and oversees the daily management of property and development projects. She works closely with the Harvest Village team to support the ground-up development process, including permitting, coordination with local officials, and entitlement planning.
